We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our client in his own home in the Chester area.This post involves day and sleeping night shifts.As part of the role you will be paid £14.00 per hour of day support, and £8:72 per hour for sleep over shifts.Main duties of the jobMain Responsibilities:Report any changes in needs to the designated Care Manager or Registered Manager so that updates can be made to the care plan.Assist the Care Manager or Registered Manager in ensuring that all shifts are adequately covered according to the allocated funding.Maintain accurate records, such as Medication Administration Records (MAR) and care support diaries, and inform relevant individuals of any changes.Administer and manage medications, ensuring that appropriate stock levels are maintained at all times.Provide personal care assistance to the individual you are supporting.Participate in and support activities both inside and outside the home.Accompany clients to hospital appointments.About usWould you like a rewarding job in care, making a difference to someone’s life? Your responsibilities as our Care Support Assistant will include: Assisting and supporting vulnerable clients to enable them to live the life they choose (where possible) to promote their independence. Your role will include, companionship, supporting with housework, running errands and supporting with preparing and cooking meals. Administering medication may be required.Skills and Experience required of our Care Support Assistant:You are required to have good communication skills and have a desire to care for others.
