- Manage client renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with insurers and clients, resolving policy queries and ensuring full compliance
- Prepare renewal documentation and negotiate best terms in the market
- Maintain accurate records and support with credit control issues where needed
- Share knowledge to support team development and customer-first outcomes
- Previous insurance experience is essential
- Working towards or holding a CII qualification is advantageous
- Process-driven, detail-oriented and highly organised
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Customer-centric, results-focused and team-minded
