Our client a multi award-winning artisanal craft bakery in Sussex currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Baker to join their team.
You will need to be quality-focused with an eye for detail and perfection! The client will produce around 3-4 tons of bread a day across 30 members of staff, you should be experienced in all mixing shaping and baking of the dough as required,
You will be required to work 5 days a week – the client offers Saturdays off + one other day- hours will be flexible but generally this would be day based work.
You will be given the freedom to express your talents in an environment where new ideas are encouraged.
The client are a quality lead bakery specialising in Organic sourdough bread and high-end patisserie, which have earned them some nationally recognised accolades such as The World Bread and Great Taste Awards.
The right candidate will need to show an eagerness to learn, work to the best of their abilities and be able to use their own initiative.
Salary is very competitive and dependent on experience
