- Develop and nurture relationships with hospitality designers and specifiers
- Generate new business via client visits, showroom meetings and networking events
- Present and promote exclusive furniture collections to clients
- Manage incoming leads with professionalism and efficiency
- Attend trade shows and industry events to grow brand presence
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with design, procurement and production teams
- Proven sales experience in Hospitality furniture or a related Hospitality sales role.
- Strong network within the hospitality design community
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about design
- Flexibility to attend evening events when required
- Hybrid working with London base (occasional SE and South Coast travel)
