- Planning and delivering differentiated lessons to a small group of learners
- Working closely with HLTAs to co-plan and support classroom activities
- Acting as a key teacher/tutor for individual pupils, building positive relationships and tracking progress
- Supporting pupils with complex needs to overcome barriers to learning
- Delivering teaching across one or more sites in the local community
- A solid understanding of SEMH and SEND support strategies
- Experience working with vulnerable or disengaged learners
- Strong classroom management and behaviour regulation skills
- An empathetic, student-centred approach
- The confidence to deliver lessons creatively and independently
