- Leading Ipsos UK Strategy3 team to enhance our position in the consulting marketplace
- Proactive management of the P&L for sustainable, profitable growth
- Plan and effectively execute a systematic approach to growing our business
- Create and ensure successful execution of account growth strategies for clients that will drive revenue year over year via repeat business.
- Prioritise client relationship efforts with the greatest ROI, strengthening ties with influencers/decision makers within client organisations
- Identify opportunities within our operating model to remove complexity, drive efficiency, and increase profitability to fund innovation for accelerated growth
- Role model our leadership behaviors and values to develop our current and next generation of leaders through continuous coaching and development
- Ensure continuity in succession plans for critical roles
- Work closely with senior team members to drive a culture of excellence, entrepreneurship and accountability across the team
- Communicate and engage with employees at all levels to inspire, create confidence, and drive high performance
- Create a culture of belonging where team members can be themselves at work to reach their full potential
- Partner with HR on leading organisational change and activating employee engagement strategies
- Collaborate with other service lines, and teams to position our offering in a more integrated and coordinated way and to address C-Level clients' end-to-end business critiacal questions
- Work closely with the global team to develop and roll out future-proofed, highly differentiated offerings and scalable capabilities
- Oversee and review major proposals for new research projects and programs, ensuring they are thoughtfully designed, competitively priced, and effectively pitched to clients for high win rates
- External - ensures Strategy3 plays a pivotal part in UK and/or Global profile building (marketing/PR initiatives). Including amplifying activity, or contributing to content as necessary
- External - demonstrate Strategy3's impact with case studies, get great feedback from clients
- Internal - ensure Strategy3 UK is well known within the Global and UK wider network for their expertise, collaboration, entrepreneurial spirit and quality
- Demonstrable professional experience in branding/marketing, management consulting, and brand management, leveraging market research as a part of your engagements at a Leadership level
- Passion for team leadership covering a wide range of aspects such as talent management, motivation, driving a performance driven culture, recruitment and resource. Leading a team across multiple simultaneous projects and adding a layer of strategy where needed
- Strong experience where collaboration with other teams and departments is vital for success
- Proven experience and/or accountability in managing a P&L
- Ability to work cross-functionally, ideally with a solid understanding of market research
- Track record of leading teams to commercial success - identifying, cultivating, creating, pursuing, and winning new business opportunities
- Commitment to people - recognising, coaching, nurturing, and retaining top talent while actively moulding team culture
- Critically important will be your ability to build relationships, not only internally with the Strategy3 team, but across Ipsos more broadly and of course with our clients. In your role, you will be expected to leverage these relationships to sell new work for the Strategy3 team.
- Is an engaging, experienced and dynamic leader who can set a clear vision and create energy and purpose within the team to deliver
- Has a proven track record in delivering sustainable business growth, is commercially astute, has successfully managed a P&L before, and understands the relationship of key financial metrics
- Brings experience of business development, pitching to win new business and successfully handling commercial negotiations
- Has proven experience/credibility and applied knowledge in the areas of corporate, brand or innovation strategy - at ease in conversations with c-suite level client stakeholders
- Is adept at building strong working relationships
- Keeps up to date with the current trends and debates both in consulting and marketing

- Can demonstrate the ability to think strategically, and translate the matrix of global and UK business objectives into a clear plan for their own team
