We are a proud member of the Intact family, we feel part of something bigger, with a presence in North America, the UK and Europe.We are currently recruiting for Motor Injury Claims Handlers to join our established and experienced Claims team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.Your roleAs a Motor Injury claims handler you will be responsible for handling Third Party motor Injury cases efficiently and effectively with Claimant solicitors to achieve business goals. You will be liaising with third party solicitors via the telephone, but some more complex issues will also need to be covered in correspondence.You will handle and resolve technical cases or referrals and / or complaints within your agreed licence level. You will gather relevant information in order to make the best business decision aligning with the resolution of the third party's needs.About youTo be successful in your role of Motor Injury claims handler you will need previous injury experience from either a defendant or claimant perspective. You will be able to communicate clearly both on the phone and in writing.You will need a good understanding of claims processes and be able to deliver an excellent level of customer service.
