·Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, alignment, and finish.
·Set up machine parameters for different materials and widths.
·Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
·Work collaboratively with the print and lamination departments to meet production targets and deadlines.About You:·Experience as a slitter operator or in a similar role within flexible packaging, converting, or print finishing.
·Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
·Ability to read and follow technical specifications and job sheets.
·Reliable, safety-conscious, and quality-driven.
