Morson are working with a Defence Manufacturer based in Stevenage for a 6 month contract (initially) for a Compliance & CDM OfficerStandard 37 hours working week with 3 to 4 days site attendance and 1 to 2 working from home to enable flexibility and work/life balance against the needs of he business.Responsibilities:
  • Excellent experience of construction environments
  • Ability to carry out focused Health & Safety Inspections and ensuring that actions raised are closed out
  • Ability to collate information and create reports on findings
  • Knowledge of auditing process
  • Able to problem solve and develop workable solutions
  • A strong communicator and able to influence others
  • Provide guidance to ensure the business remains compliant in its activities
  • Able to carry out investigations, create reporting and statistical analysis
  • Promote best practice across all FM works/projects
  • Be able to plan diary to pro-actively engage across all UK sites on a regular basis
  • Pro-actively manage own workload
  • National travel
Skillset/experience required:
  • Minimum of NEBOSH Construction/General Certificate
  • Desirable Diploma (L6 preferred)
  • CSCS Card
  • Desirable auditing qualification (45001/14001)
