Proven experience in cost management, with expertise in the residential sector preferred. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience supporting junior team members. Capable of managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery. Demonstrable ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and external stakeholders. Proficient in the use of measurement software such as CostX or similar tools. Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects. A deep understanding of cost and commercial management principles, particularly in the residential sector Familiarity with current industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
