- Deliver personalised and inspiring customer experiences that bring the brand to life, following a ‘sales through service’ approach across phone, email, chat, and potentially social media.
- Engage with customers to fully understand their individual needs and requirements.
- Support customers across the entire journey by covering an expanding range of services.
- Coordinate customer interactions involving multiple stakeholders, including the partner network.
- Build in-depth knowledge of vehicles and services, and communicate their benefits to enhance customers’ work, adventure, or outdoor lifestyle.
- Consistently meet personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement of processes and customer experiences.
- Passion for 4x4 vehicles combined with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
- Ability to tailor information to individual customer needs with clear and effective communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Genuine interest in the campaign brand and its values.
- Empathetic approach to customer enquiries while maintaining professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment with dynamic and evolving processes.

- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
