Monday – Friday – Hours between 8am and 4mHybrid**IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE**Customer Service Advisor- German/English speakingThe RoleKey responsibilities include:
  • Deliver personalised and inspiring customer experiences that bring the brand to life, following a ‘sales through service’ approach across phone, email, chat, and potentially social media.
  • Engage with customers to fully understand their individual needs and requirements.
  • Support customers across the entire journey by covering an expanding range of services.
  • Coordinate customer interactions involving multiple stakeholders, including the partner network.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of vehicles and services, and communicate their benefits to enhance customers’ work, adventure, or outdoor lifestyle.
  • Consistently meet personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement of processes and customer experiences.
.The CandidateProven experience in a customer service environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Passion for 4x4 vehicles combined with a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • Ability to tailor information to individual customer needs with clear and effective communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Genuine interest in the campaign brand and its values.
  • Empathetic approach to customer enquiries while maintaining professionalism.
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment with dynamic and evolving processes.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and a drive to take ownership of customer issue resolution.
  • Experience with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
