Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term, Part-time / Full-timeAre you a passionate and inspiring Science Teacher dedicated to engaging students in biology, chemistry, physics, and STEM learning?GSL Education are seeking an experienced Science Teacher to join a supportive school in Rotherham, S61. You will deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages, fostering students’ curiosity, analytical skills, and enthusiasm for science.Responsibilities as a Science Teacher:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Inspire and challenge students to achieve their full academic potential.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
  • Support students’ development of scientific knowledge, practical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Science curriculum and extracurricular STEM activities.
Requirements for Science Teacher:
  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
  • Experience teaching Science across is desirable.
  • Strong subject knowledge and ability to engage students of varying abilities.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • A full CV covering the last 10 years, with any gaps clearly explained.
