Residential Living Recruitment are working with an market leader within the Build to Rent (BTR) sector to recruit a Leasing Associate. You will follow up new leads, register and understand customer’s rental requirements & match this to an available apartment.You must have demonstrable experience in a similar role in either Sales or Lettings in Property, Hospitality or Retail. You and the team will work together to achieve your goals and to deliver at every level for residents within your development. Service is extremely important, and you must be willing to go the extra mile!Location: LeedsSalary: Up to £32,000 + BonusDuties and responsibilities
  • Contact and qualify new customer enquiries, register their rental requirements, match their requirements to the appropriate apartment and book viewing tours
  • Provide administrative support within the Lettings team
  • Negotiate appropriately and close potential customers to live within the Apartments
  • Process rental applications and conduct background checks on applicants
  • Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately
  • Collect and process rental payments from tenants
  • Ensure documentation and initial payments are accurate and compliant;
  • Build strong and enduring relationships, both internally and externally;
Experience
  • Keen to speak to candidates who have experience working within Property, Lettings, Sales, BTR (Build to Rent) or PBSA (Student Accommodation).
  • Proven experience in sales and leasing, preferably in real estate
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
