- Strong admin and customer service experience
- Basic bookkeeping skills with knowledge of an accounting package is ideal
- Proficient IT skills
- Team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Dealing with incoming calls and managing diaries
- Reconcile purchase invoices and entering into the accounts system
- Liaising with suppliers
- All general office admin tasks as required
