As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the site's day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Leading, coaching, and developing a diverse warehouse team
Overseeing inbound & outbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
Ensuring compliance with all health & safety and legislative requirements.
Managing resources, labour, and equipment in line with seasonal demand.
Implementing and monitoring KPIs to drive productivity and service levels.
Working closely with supply chain and logistics teams to maintain service excellence.
Leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimise layout, process, and technology use.

Strong Warehouse Operations professional required Competitive starting salary & benefits package

Proven warehouse management or logistics leadership experience in a high-volume environment.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, ideally with B2B distribution exposure.
Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP experience is advantageous.
Excellent leadership, team-building, and people management skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and a focus on efficiency, safety, and service.
A background in agricultural parts or industrial products is beneficial but not essential.
