As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the site's day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a diverse warehouse team
  • Overseeing inbound & outbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health & safety and legislative requirements.
  • Managing resources, labour, and equipment in line with seasonal demand.
  • Implementing and monitoring KPIs to drive productivity and service levels.
  • Working closely with supply chain and logistics teams to maintain service excellence.
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimise layout, process, and technology use.
Strong Warehouse Operations professional required Competitive starting salary & benefits package
  • Proven warehouse management or logistics leadership experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, ideally with B2B distribution exposure.
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and people management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a focus on efficiency, safety, and service.
  • A background in agricultural parts or industrial products is beneficial but not essential.
