Managing a Team of highly experienced and successful Account Handlers
You will carry out effective one-to-ones and team meetings to track performance to individual KPI's and keep the team informed around company updates and team progress
Reporting into the Operations Manager on all things service delivery, team performance and process delivery
As a senior member of the businessyou will also provide support to the Distribution team by managing some of the larger and more complex risks as a Senior Handler
The CandidateAs a Team Leader you will have:
Experience of managing Mid-Market to Mid Corporate sized risks - preferably within the Real Estate sector
Excellent technical insurance knowledge
Experience of managing a team within an insurance setting
An ability to motivate and support the team and create an environment where your team can thrive
