- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support the Accounting & Finance team with month-end and year-end reporting tasks.
- Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Respond to client and internal queries related to invoicing and accounts.
- Have Experience working within a fast-paced office environment is essential- ideally in finance or admin
- Strong Administrative background is essential
- Be able to commute full time to Macclesfield office
- Be able to consider a temporary contract initially
