- Preparing and cooking breakfast to very high standards as outlined by the Head Chef.
- Ensuring that breakfast is delivered on time.
- Working within the team to manage food standards and quality across all stages of food preparation and production ensuring high standards are consistently met.
- Ensuring minimum wastage of produce and implementing new ideas for reducing wastage.
- Working within and maintaining all associated Health, Safety, Fire, and Hygiene guidelines/procedures while working.
- Comply with Company Food Safety Policies and legislation.
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness at all times in your section and ensure your personal appearance and uniform is always in line with the required Resort standards.
- Have a passion for the job you do!
- Have at least 1 experience working as a Chef de Partie. Experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Good knowledge of all kitchen sections.
- Good organisational skills, be able to multi-task, and work well under pressure.
- Have a flexible approach to working shifts and must be available to work early mornings and weekends.
- Hold basic Food Hygiene Qualification or above.
- Be an enthusiastic and positive team player.
- Have a hard-working attitude with a hands-on approach.
- Must have a good, pleasant manner and be well presented.
