Our client, a top agency are looking for an Account & Project Manager to join a growing team - someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, builds brilliant client relationships, and can deliver multiple projects with precision and flair.Location: Hybrid - 4 days in office (Hertfordshire (main office) & occasionally Central London (shoot studio)), 1 day WFHPosition: Full-timeSalary: £40,000 Junior - MidStart date: before end of September ideallyThe RoleYou'll be the driving force behind key client accounts, working closely with our Creative, Design, and Production teams to ensure projects run smoothly from concept through to delivery. With your commercial mindset and proactive approach, you'll strengthen client partnerships while helping bring creative campaigns to life across film, photography, social, CGI, and design.What You'll DoAct as the day-to-day contact for clients, leading meetings, setting timelines, and keeping everyone aligned.Build strong, trusted relationships and spot opportunities for account growth.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers across multiple formats.Support creative leads and directors where needed, keeping projects moving forward.What We're Looking ForExperience managing multiple projects in a creative or marketing agency.You will have 2-4 years worth of commercial experience and seeking a really good career progression routeKnowledge of video, photography, social campaigns, and print/brochure design.Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple stakeholders.Skilled in Microsoft Office, with a knack for setting up efficient workflows.Automotive sector experience is a bonus but not essential.📈 What Success Looks LikeSmooth and efficient project delivery.Strong client relationships that grow commercially.Positive feedback from colleagues and clients.Continuous improvement in systems and processes.Why Join Us?Be part of a collaborative, creative, and supportive team.Work on exciting projects for high-profile clients.Hybrid working for better work-life balance.An inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and backgrounds.Apply NowThink you're the perfect fit?
