- Help create bids, proposals, and presentations that are clear, accurate, and on-brand.
- Update marketing materials like brochures and case studies.
- Research potential projects, partners, markets, and competitors.
- Keep the CRM system up to date to track new opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns that promote the studio's work.
- Work with PR consultants to help share news and updates with the media.
- Manage digital channels, including the website, newsletter, and social media.
- Organise and upload project images to the internal image library.
- Help plan events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
- Support award submissions by identifying opportunities and managing entries.
- Work with senior team members to align marketing and business development.
- Communicate with clients, collaborators, and press as needed
- Solid knowledge of the architecture/ built environment industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Good eye for design and graphics.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with bids and proposals.
- Background in digital marketing and campaigns.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign/Photoshop.
- Familiar with CRM systems like Rapport3.
- Understanding of architecture, design, or construction.
- Comfortable using digital marketing tools
