Fleet Education Services is searching for qualified teachers to help us deliver exceptional alternative and supplementary English/Maths/Science tuition programmes to a variety of learners in and around Bexleyheath – this is your opportunity to provide meaningful education that will significantly impact the lives of young people struggling to meet academic expectations or who are outside of mainstream schooling.Through your in-person, dedicated support you will help shape the futures of the young learners you tutor, reengaging them in education.   • Develop and deliver personalised lesson plans designed to engage, inspire and teach, based on your chosen subject.
  • Monitor learners' progress and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure learners' academic success.
  • Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and learner performance through our virtual learning platform.

Requirements
  • QTS/QTLS or equivalent professional teaching qualification/Bachelor’s level degree.
  • Minimum 6 months teaching/tutoring experience within the UK.
  • Experience of working with pupils at secondary level essential.
  • Experience working with SEN, SEMH learning needs.
  • In-depth knowledge of the national curriculum for your chosen subject.
  • A commitment to safeguarding.
  • Must live and be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Must be willing to undertake a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and referencing process, as well as subscribing to the DBS Update Service.
