Litigation/Dispute Resolution ParalegalLeading European IP Law FirmCompetitive Salary + BenefitsLondon Based, Hybrid WorkingOur client, a leading European IP Law Firm, is actively seeking an experienced and professional Paralegal to join them in their London office - working as their Litigation/Dispute Resolution Paralegal.As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:- Assisting in the preparation of evidence and exhibits- Preparing bundles for internal and external use- Providing assistance with filing pleadings and case related documents- Assisting with document disclosure review tasks- Providing support for and attendance at Court hearings, including trials- Providing assistance and support with business development initiatives+ much more.To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following: (please note - this role will either suit a Paralegal with extensive experience or a Future Trainee with 12 months availability)- Be a Future Trainee with 12 months availability and ideally some Litigation/Dispute Resolution experience OR;- Be an experienced Litigation/Dispute Resolution Paralegal- Have a completed law degree- Ideally, be STEM educated- Be able to commute to the London office- Ideally, have an interest/experience in IP LitigationIf you're interested in this position and you have the relevant background/experience, get in touch as soon as possible.
