- Messaging & Positioning:
- Develop clear, differentiated, and value-based product messaging that speaks to our ICPs and buyer personas.
- Translate technical features into compelling customer outcomes and use-case narratives.
- Ensure consistent messaging across web, sales content, campaigns, and product experiences.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) & Product Launches:
- Own end-to-end launch strategy and execution for new products and features-including internal alignment, partner readiness, and external campaigns.
- Lead launch planning across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure every stakeholder is enabled and aligned.
- Drive internal excitement and field adoption through clear communications and impactful storytelling.
- Revenue Intelligence Ownership:
- Act as the product marketing owner for our Revenue Intelligence solutions, including forecasting, pipeline analytics, and AI insights.
- Develop messaging, demo scripts, and enablement assets that articulate how these tools help account teams drive predictability and performance.
- Partner with Product and Data Science teams to influence roadmap and GTM priorities with market and customer insights.
- Sales & Partner Product Messaging & Training:
- Create and deliver training content, playbooks, competitive battlecards, and demo scripts tailored to our buyer personas and sales motions.
- Work closely with Marketing, GTM Ops, Channel, and Sales to equip all field teams with high-impact materials.
- Continuously gather feedback from sellers and partners to refine and evolve our messaging and enablement approach.
- ICP & Market Insight:
- Develop and maintain actionable Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and persona frameworks through research, interviews, and usage data.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitive moves, and customer feedback to inform messaging, segmentation, and packaging.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company-ensuring our positioning reflects real-world needs and trends.
- 3-5 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS (CRM, ERPs, RevTech, MarTech, or AI/Analytics preferred).
- Demonstrated success in messaging, sales enablement, and product launches.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling messages.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- A passion for sales readiness, learning culture, and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Proficiency with tools like CMS platforms, Sales Automation, and collaboration tools.
