As PFI Asset Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring contractual compliance and effective delivery across all aspects of the Project Agreement. You will oversee lifecycle planning, contractual risk management, and performance monitoring, ensuring value for money and long-term asset sustainability.Key responsibilities include:Managing contractual obligations under the PFI Project Agreement and associated documentsLeading on lifecycle management and value-for-money principles for expenditureOverseeing performance monitoring regimes across Hard and Soft FM servicesBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders, including Project Company Boards, funders, service providers, and public sector bodiesProviding commercial, contractual, and risk management advice at senior levelDriving continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for optimisationAbout You
We’re looking for a proven PFI professional with strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills. You will bring a track record of successfully managing complex Project Agreements and performance frameworks, ideally within PFI/PPP or similar contractual environments.Essential experience includes:Significant PFI project management or asset management experienceStrong knowledge of lifecycle planning and expenditure managementExcellent stakeholder engagement skills at senior levelAbility to interpret, manage, and resolve complex contractual and compliance issuesLeadership and team management experienceWhat’s on OfferSalary of £90,000
