£DOE + PackageA very reputable high-end Residential Developer based in the New Forest are searching for a Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. They are recruiting due to several project wins and a long and ongoing period of sustained growth.The company has built up a fantastic reputation for building sustainable and exceptionally high-quality residential developments across Hampshire & Dorset. These projects are bespoke multi-million pound properties, working with both new build and some refurbishment/extensions.Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited too;
- Preparing Tender and Contract documents
- Full Commercial Control of projects from inception through to completion
- Preparing Bills of Quantities
- Risk Management and Cost Control
- Sub-Contractor Work Allocation
- Preparing Accurate Progress Reports
- Completed Work Valuations and Payments
HNC/HND or Degree qualified in a Construction related subject
Excellent communication skills demonstrating effectiveness in a negotiation environment
