
Cross Currency Solutions Sales - Payments - Vice President

- Develop and execute a strategy for growing the cross-currency payments P&L in EMEA to meet P&L and new business targets
- Manage the pipeline effectively, including target list development, execution from pre-sales to mandate acquisition, deal closure, and reporting to senior management
- Develop compelling segment specific value propositions and proposals that will also drive marketing efforts
- Lead solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives
- Serve as a subject matter expert on cross-currency preposition in JP Morgan on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients' needs and current FX and payments industry trends
- Collaborate on training and collateral materials to enhance pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskill internal and external stakeholders on product knowledge
- BA or BS from a top-tier program or equivalent
- Excellent product-oriented sales experience and acumen with excellent client facing skills.
- Able to work under direct portfolio growth targets, in a competitive environment
- Able to demonstrate the relevant level of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
- Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
- Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
- Demonstrable prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Demonstrable Foreign Exchange (FX) sales experience
