Join Brunel University London as our next Performance and Participation Manager.We're looking for an individual to lead the delivery of sport participation and performance programmes across campus. You'll play a vital role in engaging students, enhancing gym operations, and building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.Key responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative programmes to boost student sport and fitness participation
  • Oversee gym operations, staff development, and member retention
  • Lead the Sports Scholarship and performance athlete programmes
  • Collaborate closely with the Brunel Students' Union on campaigns and events
  • Build strategic partnerships with governing bodies, community organisations, and clubs
  • Manage digital engagement and social media promotion for student sport
