This is an exciting opportunity for an Interim Deputy Company Secretary to support and guide the company at a managerial level. The right candidate will have a strong background in corporate governance, risk management, and have experience working within a housing, not-for-profit or charity sector.

Support the Company Secretary in all matters of corporate governance
Ensure the company complies with financial and legal requirements
Manage and oversee risk management strategies
Coordinate board meetings and prepare relevant documents
Advise the board and management on company law and governance
Act as a key point of contact for external regulators and advisers
Oversee the company's corporate governance framework
Assist in the development of company strategy and policy

Relevant qualifications in Law, Business Administration or equivalent
Experience in corporate governance and risk management
