Employer: Franchised Car DealershipWe are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester passionate about cars and dedicated to delivering top-quality vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOT testing.Join our client, a family-run multi-franchise dealership with over 100 staff across 6 locations in Surrey and Kent. People are at the heart of their business, and they believe exceptional colleagues drive outstanding customer service.Key Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Valid MOT Tester certification
- Willingness to undertake manufacturer-specific training
- Commitment to excellent customer service with a “fix first time” approach
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, with a can-do attitude
- Strong team player
- Full valid UK driving license
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, work efficiently, and coordinate within a team
- £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
