- Core strategic and planning experience
- Proven track record of developing innovative communication strategies and effective media plans.
- Strong knowledge of all media and experience of planning across paid, owned and earned media.
- Can consider/incorporate creator and content strategies as part of the mix.
- Experience both of in-market and above market/multi-market media strategy and planning.
- A strong understanding of social and digital first activation strategies, with experience working with online communities a plus.
- Creative and innovative in approach, can progress projects and ideas.
- Experience of working on large brands and scaled projects.
- Ability to translate complex client challenges into clear, actionable strategic solutions.
- Communication skills and teamwork
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills including evidence of simple strategy design and presentation at a mid to senior client level.

- Some experience with 1,2,3 PD and how different data can be used to fuel insight, planning and activation.

- Experience using, and understanding of application, of syndicated research tools, consumer research methodologies & techniques e.g. GWI, eMarketer, WARC, BrandWatch etc, as well as ability to quickly learn new tools, data and processes as required.
