- Deliver high-quality business and administrative support services in line with Trust standards.
- Proactively support Social Workers and Trust staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all processes.
- Act as first point of escalation for unusual queries, providing solutions and guidance.
- Monitor, coordinate, and supervise the work of a small team, including line management where required.
- Maintain oversight of processes, staffing rotas, and quality standards, addressing risks or conflicting priorities.
- Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently across diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Experience supervising or coordinating staff, driving performance and setting clear expectations.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities, work to tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
- Flexibility to work across the service as required.
- Strong ICT and data management skills (MS Office and relevant systems).
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
