Play your part in driving our collective success.YOUR ROLEWe are seeking a Senior Commercial Executive to drive sales and optimize business performance through strategic merchandising, insightful business analysis, and effective CRM development. This role will contribute to achieving sales targets, improving client relationships, and enhancing customer service. The Senior Commercial Executive will report to the Head of Sales.PLAYING YOUR PARTYou will drive sales and optimize business performance through strategic merchandising and insightful business analysis. This includes defining assortments, leading the market allocation committee, and providing data-driven recommendations. You'll drive client strategy through data analysis and support client initiatives. You will also oversee customer service projects, manage case resolution, and track KPIs. As a key contact for headquarters, you'll manage stock requests and customer service matters. You will also monitor budget planning and CRM spending, leading the CRM task force with boutique directors. Finally, you will supervise and recruit the sales coordinator.WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?Success in this role will require
- A Master's degree, preferably in a scientific field (business management, finance, engineering).
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Strong rigor, organization, and project management skills.
- Excellent team spirit and collaboration abilities.
- An extreme sense of service to both internal and external clients.
- Proficiency in English (other languages a plus).
- Knowledge of the luxury industry and watchmaking in particular (a plus).
