  • Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of physicists and software engineers.
  • Oversee complex software development projects in quantum control, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Work closely with R&D, Product, and Customer Success teams to align development priorities and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Collaborate directly with advanced customers to understand their needs and translate them into practical tools and applications.
  • Apply strong Python skills and modern software engineering practices to develop robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Requirements
  • MSc or PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading software development teams and managing complex technical projects.
  • Strong programming background, particularly in Python, and familiarity with collaborative software engineering practices
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for advancing quantum technologies and translating research into practical applications.
