  • Generating new business and winning high-quality instructions
  • Conducting market appraisals and valuations for residential lettings
  • Managing and listing properties on behalf of landlords
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and tenants
  • Maintaining strong relationships within the local property market
  • Working alongside the lettings team to achieve targets and business growth
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator
  • Strong listing and valuation skills with a record of winning instructions
  • Excellent sales ability and communication skills
  • High level of customer service and professional telephone manner
  • Well-presented, ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic
  • Knowledge of the Farnham area is beneficial
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • A professional approach and passion for estate agency
