- Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and unite teams across all departments.
- Strong business acumen and a thorough understanding of the financial and operational drivers of hotel performance.
- Experience in managing diverse operations such as Meetings & Events, Leisure, Spa, and multi-department hotel functions.
- The ability to deliver against budgets and sales strategies while identifying innovative opportunities to maximise revenue.
