Customer Service CoordinatorExeterFull time, Temp to PermAre you passionate about making a difference through excellent customer service?gap personnel are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator for our client in Exeter, Devon.What you’ll be doing:In this fast-paced role, you’ll spend most of your day on the phone (around 80 calls a day) as the friendly first point of contact for service users, family members, and healthcare professionals. You’ll help coordinate the delivery, installation, and collection of essential community healthcare equipment — anything from walking frames to more complex beds and hoists.Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Answering and managing incoming queries with care and professionalism
- Coordinating orders with our driver technicians
- Checking online orders for accuracy and processing them for invoicing
- Handling a range of general administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothlyWhat we’re looking for:
  • Experience in a busy, high-volume office environment
  • Confident telephone-based customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous admin and diary management experience
  • Competence with Microsoft Office and ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • A professional and friendly communication style
