- Varied generalist HR experience with a track record for building strong stakeholder relationships
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable within a regulated/process-driven environment (SC Clearance)
- A confident and engaging communicator at all levels

- Highly organised and able to wear the many hats required within a growing company, whilst being able to adopt a strategic approach to HR
