An inclusive, community-focused primary school in Northamptonshire is looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team. Working five mornings a week, you will support small groups and individual pupils under teacher supervision, assist with planning, provide feedback, and help manage classroom behaviour. You’ll play a vital role in enhancing the learning environment and supporting pupil wellbeing.Requirements
