- Analysing existing workflows, systems, and procedures, they can identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization and working closely with business stakeholders;
- Responsible for eliciting, documenting, and analysing business requirements for new initiatives, projects, or system enhancements which support the overall business goals;
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and/or surveys to gather information from stakeholders, ensuring that the proposed solutions meet their needs, assessing the feasibility of proposed changes;
- Conduct research, perform cost-benefit analyses, and assess risks to determine the most suitable options and drives the business case forward;
- Play a crucial role in managing conflicts, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships among stakeholders;
- Help manage these changes by assisting with training, user adoption, and communication plans;
- Assist with project planning, risk assessment, and monitoring project progress. Also Testing, quality assurance and user acceptance;
- Evaluates and selects appropriate methods and tools in line with agreed policies and standards;
- Business Analyst experience, ideally in an energy environment.
