We are an expanding global Organization looking for a Business Analyst to join our Team on a 24 month FTC.How will I spend my time in this role?
  • Analysing existing workflows, systems, and procedures, they can identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization and working closely with business stakeholders;
  • Responsible for eliciting, documenting, and analysing business requirements for new initiatives, projects, or system enhancements which support the overall business goals;
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and/or surveys to gather information from stakeholders, ensuring that the proposed solutions meet their needs, assessing the feasibility of proposed changes;
  • Conduct research, perform cost-benefit analyses, and assess risks to determine the most suitable options and drives the business case forward;
  • Play a crucial role in managing conflicts, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships among stakeholders;
  • Help manage these changes by assisting with training, user adoption, and communication plans;
  • Assist with project planning, risk assessment, and monitoring project progress. Also Testing, quality assurance and user acceptance;
  • Evaluates and selects appropriate methods and tools in line with agreed policies and standards;
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
  • Business Analyst experience, ideally in an energy environment.
