As Workshop Controller, you'll be the driving force behind the daily operations of a busy, modern workshop. You'll manage a talented team of Technicians, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest manufacturer standards.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads from the front, and has a passion for both people and process management.What's on Offer for Workshop Controllers:
  • Basic salary in the region of £36,000 - depending on experience
  • Plus Bous - realistic OTE of £42,000 (uncapped) through achievable performance bonuses
  • Monday to Friday working hours, with alternate Saturdays
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

What our client is looking for to be considered for this Workshop Controller vacancy:
  • Previous experience as a Workshop Controller
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Sound mechanical knowledge with a problem-solving approach
  • Organised, efficient, and confident managing a fast-moving workshop
  • Full UK driving licence
