- Equipping our customer facing teams to win - you'll make sure our brand, demand generation, sales, partnerships, and customer teams have the right positioning, messaging, tools, and data-driven proof points to outcompete the market.
- Scaling commercial programs, not just launches - rather than managing one-off launches, you'll design and roll out repeatable, high-impact commercial PMM programs across multiple regions - built to maximise adoption and sales impact.
- Deep market and segment intelligence - you'll act as a market, segment, and vertical expert - listening to and understanding customer needs, competitive dynamics, and buyer behaviour to guide our GTM decisions for both existing customers and new prospects.
- Defining and evolving our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and personas
- Owning the platform proposition for prospects and partners
- Driving a consistent messaging framework for global demand campaigns and SDR outreach
- Building competitive, value led collateral for targeted GTM execution across the funnel
- Equipping the sales organisation with enablement tools that improve win rates and deal velocity
- Accelerating onboarding, activation, and adoption
- Driving share of wallet (SoW) and product usage growth
- Proactively surfacing cross-sell opportunities and positioning GoCardless suite at the right time, in the right way
- You have strong quantitative analytical skills and are experienced in extracting insights from data.
- You know that talking to customers is the best way to understand the challenges they face, and frequently do so.
- Prior experience of taking innovative new B2B products and features to market across different segments.
- You believe that product launch doesn't stop at launch - adoption and business impact is how you measure yourself. You have developed innovative messaging, positioning and value proposition frameworks for complex problems and new products.
- You are adept at market research (qualitative and quantitative) and can demonstrate influencing business and product strategy as a result of that research.
- You have experience engaging with different stakeholders across the business, including product and engineering teams, rev-ops, sales, marketing (and more!) to solve customers problems.
- You enjoy working independently, given a set of objectives.
- You also enjoy cross-functional work with disparate areas of the business.
- You have excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills. You are comfortable with presenting your ideas to the senior leadership team.
