- Understands the importance of quality assurance systems and how they can improve services for people we support.
- Understand the importance of breaking down barriers to ensure people who have protected equality characteristics have the same access to services as anyone else.
- Coordinate support for adults living in a supported living cottage, ensuring the staff rota is in line with their needs.
- Keep up to date and review relevant support plans, risk assessments and tools to support the staff team to deliver high quality support.
- Liaise with families, professionals and key people with regards to day-to-day queries and updates.
- Undertake regular quality assurance and gain feedback from staff, families and people we support.
- To be a hands on leader, supporting the team to deliver a high standard of care and support, to include elements of personal care.
