Contribute to an organisation with a strong social impact and purpose-driven mission· Support Finance Business Partners by producing timely and accurate analysis and reporting at a transactional level .· Assist with the preparation of financial results, including management accounts, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and statutory accounts.· Provide insightful variance analysis to support decision-making and drive performance improvements.· Lead on the accounting for surpluses and deficits on variable service charges, including reviews, analysis, commentary, and reconciliations.· Produce journals and deliver comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations.· Contribute to finance projects, process reviews, and system enhancements to improve efficiency.· Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.Fully remote permanent roleJoin a purpose-driven housing provider making a real social impact
  • Experience of service charge accounting in a social housing environment desirable.
  • Knowledge of housing legislation and Housing Association systems advantageous.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage workloads to meet deadlines.
