
Product Quality Manager

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards for products.
- Lead cross-functional quality initiatives from design through production and post-launch.
- Manage incoming and outgoing inspection processes to ensure product conformity and reduce defects.
- Oversee supplier quality management, including qualification, audits, performance monitoring, and corrective actions.
- Review and approve Certificates of Conformance (CoC) and other quality documentation to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is built into every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, CE).
- Establish and track key quality metrics (KPIs) and report on quality performance to leadership.
- Train and mentor quality team members and promote a culture of quality across the organization.
- Degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in product quality management, preferably in [industry, e.g., medical devices, consumer electronics, automotive].
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, SPC).
- Experience with regulatory compliance and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA QSR).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven leadership and project management abilities.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
- ISO Lead Auditor Certification
