How you'll make an impact
- Lead Contract Management: Coordinate, draft, and manage standard and non-standard agreements, collaborating with our Legal team as needed.
- Support Onboarding & Monitoring: Facilitate the onboarding of Appointed Representatives (AR), Introducer Appointed Representatives (IAR), and Third-Party Introducers (TPI), while ensuring ongoing monitoring and compliance.
- Drive Process Improvements: Plan and implement risk-based due diligence procedures, analyse data, and find opportunities for efficiency.
- Ensure Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain internal registers and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
- Collaborate on Projects: Support regulatory changes, mergers & acquisitions, and internal process updates.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong working relationships with internal and external collaborators, encouraging high standards and a culture of excellence.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the insurance industry is desirable.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio), with a willingness to learn new systems.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and engage with stakeholders.
- Organised & Resilient: Able to manage large volumes of work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
- Problem-Solver: A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to overcoming challenges.
- Team Player: Works well independently while knowing when to seek guidance, and fosters a positive business culture.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK.
