How you'll make an impact
  • Lead Contract Management: Coordinate, draft, and manage standard and non-standard agreements, collaborating with our Legal team as needed.
  • Support Onboarding & Monitoring: Facilitate the onboarding of Appointed Representatives (AR), Introducer Appointed Representatives (IAR), and Third-Party Introducers (TPI), while ensuring ongoing monitoring and compliance.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Plan and implement risk-based due diligence procedures, analyse data, and find opportunities for efficiency.
  • Ensure Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain internal registers and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
  • Collaborate on Projects: Support regulatory changes, mergers & acquisitions, and internal process updates.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong working relationships with internal and external collaborators, encouraging high standards and a culture of excellence.
About You
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the insurance industry is desirable.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio), with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and engage with stakeholders.
  • Organised & Resilient: Able to manage large volumes of work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Problem-Solver: A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Team Player: Works well independently while knowing when to seek guidance, and fosters a positive business culture.
  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK.
