Our client is currently seeking a Hydraulic Modeller to join their team. This is a fully remote and outside IR35 opportunity, ideal for experienced professionals who are experts in wastewater hydraulic modelling.Key skills required for this roleHydraulic ModellerImportantHydaulic ModellerJob descriptionOur client is currently seeking a skilled Hydraulic Modeller to join their team on a contract basis. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for experienced professionals who are experts in wastewater hydraulic modelling. The projects are outside IR35 and involve engaging with prominent companies such as Anglian Water and Yorkshire Water.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting hydraulic modelling for wastewater infrastructure projects
  • Utilising Infoworks ICM to develop and analyse models
  • Collaborating with teams working on projects for Anglian Water, Yorkshire Water, STW, and Welsh Water
  • Providing technical input and expertise from engineering to senior and principal levels
  • Delivering high-quality modelling solutions within set timeframes
  • Preparing and presenting technical reports and documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
  • Working independently to manage project tasks remotely
Job Requirements:
  • Significant experience in hydraulic modelling for wastewater projects
  • Proficiency with Infoworks ICM
  • Strong understanding of wastewater infrastructure and water management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Capability to work remotely and manage project timelines effectively
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience at various levels from engineering to principal
