Description:Night Duty ManagerSalary: £30,385 + Service Charge (Up to £600 per month)This position is based on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, providing a balanced work schedule.Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Duty Manager role:
  • Oversee and lead the night team, ensuring they deliver high levels of guest service
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including check-ins and check-outs
  • Prepare and submit nightly reports to senior management. Communicate any important occurrences to the day team.
  • Ensure all operations comply with relevant health, safety, and security protocols.
  • Monitor the safety and security of the premises
About youProven experience in hospitality operations with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage overnight teams effectively.
