If you understand how components are made and want to apply that knowledge in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, this could be your perfect move.What You’ll Be DoingAs an Estimator & Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing a significant portion of our order book. You’ll be responsible for:Preparing accurate, commercially sound quotes based on customer drawings and specificationsAdvising clients on manufacturability, design tweaks, and production efficiencyBuilding long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and mutual successSupporting onboarding of new clients and contributing to continuous improvement across the teamBalancing technical insight with commercial awareness to minimise risk and maximise valueThis is a hybrid role—part technical, part relationship-driven—perfect for someone who’s ready to step away from the machine and into a broader business role.What We’re Looking ForSolid understanding of CNC machining, ideally from a programming or hands-on backgroundStrong attention to detail and a methodical approach to quoting and customer supportExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetA proactive attitude and commitment to personal developmentCommercial awareness and a genuine interest in helping customers succeedIf you’ve been thinking about moving into a front-end role but weren’t sure how to make the leap, we’ll support your transition with training and mentoring.
