You must be a registered energy assessor and have experience in undertaking RdSAP energy ratings. Experience in FSAP and DEC energy ratings is also advantageous but not essential as further training will be given.Construction experience, a basic knowledge of the Building Regulations, experience in the use of computers and a full driving license are essential.
