- Owning the global employee lifecycle end-to-end, including onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, and visa/right-to-work compliance
- Maintaining compliance and policy frameworks across all regions, staying ahead of global employment law requirements
- Managing People systems (BambooHR, Workable) and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting
- Collaborating with Finance, RevOps, and other teams to ensure smooth operations in payroll, benefits, and onboarding
- Supporting international employment models, including EOR arrangements, ensuring compliance and a great employee experience
- Tracking and reporting on People metrics, using insights to improve processes and decision-making
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of our offices worldwide, ensuring safe, efficient, and welcoming environments
- Managing relationships with office vendors, suppliers, and workplace services
- Overseeing company device management across all global employees
- Coordinating in-office events, socials, and workplace experiences that reflect Doctify’s culture and engagement strategy
- Acting as the first point of contact for office-related queries, supporting hybrid and in-office employees globally
- Supporting the design and delivery of engagement initiatives that boost motivation, belonging, and retention
- Owning employee recognition, events, internal communications, and cultural programs across regions
- Contributing to the rollout of performance, learning, and development frameworks
- Helping manage internal communications including updates, Doctify Daily, and newsletters
- Support wellbeing, DEIB, and employee benefits initiatives, ensuring they are inclusive, engaging, and impactful
- Early experience in People Operations, HR, or Workplace Management, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth startup or scale-up
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle admin tasks accurately and efficiently
- Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence; approachable, supportive, and able to build trust at all levels
- Proactive and curious - you look for ways to improve processes and introduce operational excellent
- Comfortable using People systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workable) and collaboration tools (Slack, GSuite, Trello)
- Interest in global employment law, compliance, and people processes (experience with visas/right-to-work checks is a plus)
- Positive, empathetic, and action-oriented, with a genuine interest in employee experience, culture, and contributing to progress in healthtech and patient care
- 28 days annual leave (25 + 3 between Christmas and New Year), earning up to 30 days leave with tenure
